It has been announced that the new smartphone app game “Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra” will be officially released on March 27th, 2025. As a result, information on the game theme song “lighthouse,” as well as new character PVs, have been released, including in-game items that have reached 800,000 pre-registered numbers.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra is an RPG that brings together characters from the series’ past. A new setting and characters will be featured, based on the original idea of Inu Curry the Theater Company (Mud Dog). The content allows you to relive various scenarios in ADV, including the TV anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” and the app game “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Gaiden.”
In the story, a girl who has lost everything opens the window of memory, wandering into the Lighthouse Theatre, a place where magical girls light up memories floating in the darkness. He believes that there is the light of his own lost memories…and then he experiences the memories of countless magical girls.
The official release date for this long-awaited new app game, has finally been decided on March 27th. It will be distributed for iOS and Android. The released PV announced on the release date is also a must-see.
The number of pre-registered users has already exceeded 800,000, and in the future, if they reach 900,000 or 1 million, they will also receive rewards such as starter packs, portraits, and fan kits, which can be used in the game.
This time, wallpapers of Kaname Madoka and Akemi Homura are now available as a reward for achieving 800,000 yen. I’d love to get it and set it on my smartphone.
It has also been revealed that the theme song for this work, “lighthouse,” will be performed by “FictionJunction,” a personal project by Kajiura Yuki, who worked on the soundtracks and theme songs for Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and is being performed by “FictionJunction,” featuring vocalist LINO LEIA.
In addition, the latest character PV of the song is Fukatsuki Felicia, played by Sakura Ayane.
