It has been revealed that voice actor Kamiya Hiroshi will be making a voice appearance as a guest on Fuji TV’s Monday 9 drama “119 Emergency Call.” In episode 9, which aired on March 17, 2025, he plays the reporter who falls into an irrigation canal in a field.
“119 Emergency Call” is an original TV drama set in a fire department’s communications center and depicts the reality of command controllers who are on the forefront of connecting lives with a single phone call.
As a team, unique command controllers face difficult situations, they develop a group drama in which they overcome the conflicts and problems they face. It delivers the various human relationships that unfold in everyday situations, as well as the command controllers who are dedicated to saving lives in the tension of every moment.
Seinona will star in this film, and it has also attracted attention as the voice actors will be making voice appearances in each episode. Previously, Enoki Junya, Kaji Yuki, Kugimiya Rie, Hiyama Nobuyuki, Shimazaki Nobunaga, Inoue Marina, Yamaguchi Kappei, Wakayama Shion, Seki Tomoichi and others have appeared in the film. Hikasa Yoko will be appearing in episode 8, which aired on March 10th, but it has been revealed that Kamiya Hiroshi will be the voice of the reporter in episode 9, which aired on March 17th the following week.
Kamiya Hiroshi has played a number of popular characters, including Levi in Attack on Titan, Trafalgar Law in ONE PIECE, and Morohoshi Ataru in Urusei Yatsura. In episode 9, he plays the voice of a man who falls into an irrigation canal in a field and calls 911.
Regarding this recording, Kamiya released a comment on the behind the scenes, saying, “Since it was a voice actor in a drama, I thought it would be a dubbing recording alone, but I was surprised to see that I was recording with the cast.”
