It has been announced that the third season of the anime “One Punch Man” will be aired from October 2025. As a result, the strongest key visual version and the first PV have been released. It has also been announced that Kaji Yuki, who plays Sonic in Sono, will appear at the One Punch Man Maji Music Festival on September 14th.

“One Punch Man” is a hero action story based on a manga currently being serialized in “Next Young Jump” with ONE from “Mob Psycho 100” and Murata Yusuke from “Eyeshield 21”. This work depicts the exploits of Saitama, the “strongest normal-heated hero” who defeats any enemy in one hit, and the cumulative number of copies of the original comic series, as of December 2024, has exceeded 32 million.
The first season of the anime was broadcast from October to December 2015 and the second season from April to June 2019, making it extremely popular not only in Japan but also overseas. It was reported that the third season will be the first hit of the “10th Anniversary 10th Strike Project,” which coincides with the 2025 marking the 10th anniversary of the anime’s first season’s TV broadcast, and is scheduled to air in 2025.

It has been announced that the third season will begin airing in October 2025. The latest release will finally be aired in the year commemorating the 10th anniversary of the start of the first season. In addition, the strongest key visual version featuring Saitama and the heroes together, and the first PV have also been released.
In addition, the “One Punch Man Maji Music Festival,” which will be held on September 14th as one of the currently under development, has recently begun accepting advance sales of tickets. “One Punch Man Maji Music Festival” will be held as a musical event where you can enjoy live dubbing with the first and second seasons, as well as the opening theme song for the ending theme song and a special live performance of the soundtracks, as well as live dubbing by the cast members.
Along with JAM Project (the opening theme song artist for the first and second seasons of the anime), Moriguchi Hiroko (the ending theme song artist for the first season of the anime), Miyazaki Makoto (the music), Furukawa Shin (the ending theme song artist for the second season of the anime), Ishikawa Kaito (the Genos), Midorikawa Mitsuru (the Garou), and others, Kaji Yuki (the role of Sonic of Sonoki) will also be appearing.

It has also been revealed that 10th anniversary products will be released as part of the “10th Anniversary 10th Strike Project.” Plans for new products using the 10th anniversary visual and the 10th anniversary logo are underway. In addition, reprints of products released in the first and second seasons will also be sold. For more details, check out the “One Punch Man” special page on “A-on STORE.”
The third season of the anime “One Punch Man” will be broadcast from October 2025. I look forward to more news in the future.
