March 7th is the “Police System Reform Day” and “Fire Service Day.”
Both police officers and firefighters are civil servants who protect the safety and livelihood of the people. Many characters involved in official duties also appear in the anime.
Their roles vary, including police officers with a sense of justice and brave firefighters, as well as government officials who support the lives of citizens, bureaucrats who use calm judgments to drive policies, and soldiers who command the battlefield. Furthermore, there are also civil servant characters that are unique to anime that cannot be seen in real life, such as detectives who use magic and supernatural powers to corner the perpetrators, or members of special agencies that oppose the invasion of monsters and aliens.

The gender ratio is approximately 20% for men and 80% for women, with the main focus being women. The age group was mainly young, with about 45% under the age of 19 and about 25% in their 20s.

1st place
First place is Iruma Gunto from “Hypnosis Microphone – Division Rap Battle”. The approval rating was about 10%.
Iruma Futo, a member of the unit MAD TRIGGER CREW, is the sergeant in the organized crime countermeasures department of the Yokohama Police Station. “He’s a corrupt police officer who is well-versed in the yakuza world and can do anything to corrupt or extort. But he also has an unwavering belief that he has the goal of eradicating illegal drugs,” and “Lyrics have lots of police terms such as “wappa” and “Pig Box.” One vote is a vicious police officer who can rape!” is the top police officer who is active in the MC battles. The movie version has also been ranked among the hot topics currently being released.
2nd place
Second place is Furuya Rei from Detective Conan. The approval rating was about 9%.
Furuya Rei, the inspector of the Public Security Police, commented, “The fact that he uses triple faces differently, such as approaching Mouri Kogoro as private detective Amuro Toru and undercover investigations as a bourbon in a black organization! There’s no other civil servant with such high specs!!” and “Many police officers, civil servants appear in Detective Conan, but it seemed like a special presence in that it should not be known to anyone other than their superiors or direct subordinates who report to be a public security police.” The mysterious element of being a member of the Public Security Police, which is rare among police officers, has captured the hearts of fans.
3rd place
The third place is Ryotsu Kankichi from “Kochika Kameari Park Mae Hasho, Katsushika Ward.”. The approval rating was about 5%.
Ryotsu Kankichi is a police officer who works at Kameari Park Mae Hajime Station. Readers have commented on his high popularity, saying, “Because he is known by locals as Ryo-san. He is the main character of a manga that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump for 40 years, and I think he is the most famous civil servant character in Japan,” and “The strongest civil servant in the universe! I thought he solved a difficult case, but he made a lot of money from his secondary job, even though he was a civil servant, so he’s just a mess. But it’s typical of Ryo-san that he can’t hate him.” All three were monopolized by police officers, but there were completely different types of characters.
